- Insert the cutter: Snap the desired cutter into the holder – select according to the desired cutting size for cheese, vegetables or citrus peels.

- Cleaning: Remove the cutters and rinse them individually under running water – the smooth stainless steel surface can be cleaned effortlessly.
Pro tip: Hard cheeses like Parmesan can be grated particularly evenly if they are chilled in the freezer for 10 minutes beforehand – the blades will then glide even more smoothly through the material.
